Foreword：
一个美国包装协会研究声称，货物从1 英尺到100 英尺的距离里，就平均有4 到12 次的搬动，货物在搬动
超过2次以上的就有1％的受损影响，也就是说货物在货运过程中，每100英尺就最少有6％的受损可能性。
In the cargo transportation, there are 4-12 carries in 1-100 miles, and 1％ damage effects on the goods for
every twice carries, claimed by the survey of an American packing institution. That is to say, the possibility of
damage rate would be 6％ in every 100 mile
当您将敏感计算机和电子仪器、医药器械、精密机床设备、古董陶瓷等相关的高价值产品交给承运人时，您
不仅要担心货物在运输装卸过程中可能会发生的受损情况；而且货物一旦受损后，您还要增加对货物的返修和替
换的开销，影响交货时间和增加合同索赔的争议，更重要的是货物受损后会影响客户关系和公司名誉。
There will be some inevasible worries about your goods while they were carried by others. Especially when
the goods are some sensitive products, say, electrical ＆amp; medicinal equipments, machine tools, antique chinaware
and other valuable items. Furthermore, with a damaged or broken delivery, there is not only your cost of return
and reparations, but also your brand value and customer relationships will be affected negatively.
也有很多实例告诉我们，曾经有很多的没有加贴任何监视器的货物，明明在出厂前经过多次的检测证明是合
格产品，结果在货物交给客户使用时就发现有产品不合格的情况。这是为什么呢？原因很简单，就是因为货物在
装卸和运输过程中，相关的工作人员没有按您和客户的要求进行装卸和运输。货物的受损通常是因为在装卸过程
中曾经受到倾侧、倒置、或从一定高度掉落下来而造成的；在运输过程中，车辆在经过坑洼的路段或减速带时没
有采取减速慢行等有效的措施也会造成货物受损。运输行业惯例，承运人只对外包装负责，所以只要货物在交收
时外包装没有受到破坏或变形，收货人没有理由拒收。所以这就是为什么货物在出厂时是合格产品，但到了客户
手上就变成不合格产品的主要原因。
It is not weird to be told that an unmonitored qualified product is unqualified when it received. Obviously, it
was mainly caused by improper handlings which do not fit the instructions in terms of inclination, shacking,
falling off or over speed etc during the transportation or operations. Accorder to the industry routine, receiver
has to accept the contents with the acceptable outer package. Hence, qualified product might become
unqualified.
鉴于上述情况，我们经过长时间的研究和试验，开发出
一种专门针对物流行业的监视器。当您使用了它，只要货物
有大于80 度的倾侧或倒置或在0.5 米以上的高度掉落，或
